For over 30 years practicing at large law firms, Constance R. Barnhart has focused her practice primarily in handling cross-border business transactions. This includes representing a substantial number of Spanish and Latin American clients, as well as representing Scandinavian, European and U.S. clients in business transactions in Latin America and Spain. Currently, Barnhart Law PLC represents major Spanish companies engaged in the renewable energy sectors, as well as Scandinavian companies engaged in business transactions in Latin America. And, we have been approached for representation by major Latin American companies with which Ms. Barnhart has previously handled significant privatization transactions on behalf of Scandinavian companies.
