For over 30 years practicing at large law firms, Constance R. Barnhart has focused her practice primarily in handling cross-border business transactions. This includes representing a substantial number of Spanish and Latin American clients, as well as representing Scandinavian, European and U.S. clients in business transactions in Latin America and Spain. See an example of representative client engagements Ms. Barnhart has handled for Spanish & Latin American clients and matters.

Currently, Barnhart Law PLC represents major Spanish companies engaged in the renewable energy sectors, as well as Scandinavian companies engaged in business transactions in Latin America. And, we have been approached for representation by major Latin American companies with which Ms. Barnhart has previously handled significant privatization transactions on behalf of Scandinavian companies.

We represent our Spanish and Latin clients, and clients doing business in Latin America or Spain, in business transactions and matters of all types reflected in the descriptions of our Legal Practice Areas, as well as renewable energy transactions of the types described for our Industry Focus Area: Renewable Energy.
